    Please note; 1999 thru 2003 Silver State Quarter Sets were never issued individually. Only the 2004 thru 2008 issues were released with the small sized individual "Black" boxes. The silver quarter sets for the first 5 years were only issued in the double lens format "Red" boxes (as shown). For the collector that wants to assemble a complete set of the Silver State Quarters to include boxes & coa's, this is the ONLY format that the government ever issued.
