    Description

    The 1898 1¢ red Maple Leaf postal stationery card with advertising for Canadian Sea Moss Producers (Isle Verte, P.Q.), promoting sea moss use as a “filler wiper” for painters and woodworkers. A promotional use for an Indianapolis distributor, used from Montreal (Sept. 10, 1903 cancel) to Newcastle, Indiana (obviously from a mailing list provided by the distributor). Good condition.
