Description
We’re not 100% sure when this neck was made but it came to us in a batch of parts we purchased from a local luthier and there were some receipts dated 2000, so we’re going with that. This is a one-piece maple neck (nice vertical grain) with a tropical hardwood slab fingerboard. It has big frets, with almost no wear. The truss rod works well. It has a set of Gotoh, or Gotoh-like, tuners that all work. The nut is 1 11/16 inches wide and the string scale is 25.5 inches. Same neck pocket and mounting-screw dimensions as a Mexican Fender StratocasterWe ship on the Tuesday following the end of the Sunday auctions.
