Due to increasing "Claims of Non-Receipt" of patch orders, Ebay has increased our Selling Costs.  We are forced to add tracking on all Patch orders going forward.    All patches will ship for .99 for the first and then 50 cents each additional, with a maximum cost of .99.  Anyone charged more will be refunded the difference.
These changes are necessary as there are many people making claims on non-receipt on goods shipped without tracking.  Tracking will give us proof of delivery required to stop these claims.
