Epperson signed DAVID BOWIE autographed 1987 "Never Let Me Down" promo photo

This is an 8"x 10" promo photo for the "Never Let Me Down" album and "The Glass Spider" tour. The photo is in very good condition and signed by Bowie in silver metallic paint pen and DB adds "87", the year of release. Rare!
There are some flaws with the photo (light creasing, dings, etc.) which can be best seen on the image of the backside. I have also attached an image of a strange zig-zag pattern near Bowie's hairline which is unnoticeable, unless you turn the photo on an angle. Again, you can see the pattern on the backside image. There is also a red/purplish ink spot on the right side near his ear.
Having said all that, there is absolutely nothing that would detract from this photo being framed nicely, in my opinion.
