    Description

    Good old Fiji Bowai War Club - circa 1860's - 1880s.
    Nice dark red wood; good patina.
    Tavatava on handle.
    A hole at the bottom end of handle for the thong (lost long ago).
    Normal period minor condition issues - dents, chips, age cracks, scratches. Overall, in great condition!
    Measurements - length is approximately 39 inches.....width, at top end, is a little over 1.5 inches.
    A handsome specimen!
