    This unit is in excellent condition.
    It contains a quartz bath and a QDR ( Quick Dump Rinse ) tank for Silicon wafer Cleaning, it fits cassette for 3”, 4”,5” and 6” wafers.
    Includes an instruction manual and all the electronics and pneumatics to operate it and temperature and QDR Controllers.
    This unit is appropriate for places were saving space is critical, while keeping all safety features.
