GT RY Star Headlight bellbottom railroad lantern w/clear cast MCRR globe

Fresh find! Here is a bellbottom railroad lantern made by The Star Headlight Company. The frame is lightly embossed for GT RY. I could not find any patent dates on the frame. The frame is solid but is dirty and has some surface rust. There is a minor dent at the edge of the dome top and two easy out dents in the bell. Please note this frame has the factory hole for the bottom of the fuel container.
The fuel fount is correct and fits well. There is no burner present. The fount has no holes and is solid.
The clear globe is cast for MCRR in a round ended panel. The globe is clear and has no cracks or clouded areas. The globe also has the Cnx hallmark. The top and bottom rims show signs from service.
