    The hydraulic jack can be moved left and right. It's under hung and is on wheels which allows it to move freely
    I do not know it's tonnage rating. Sorry about that.
    The machine works great!
    We did a test bend to straighten a bar. In the photos you can see a solid steel bar approx. 2" diameter that is bent. The very last photo you can see we made it a lot straighter. I am not a machine operator and used this machine to the best of our knowledge. LOL!
