LifeTrak Brite R450
in arctic white and orchid is a wrist-worn health and fitness tracker with a built-in heart rate monitor. Additionally, it tracks your exposure to overall and blue light levels and lets you know when you need more or less natural light, so you can enhance your mood and energy levels during the day and prepare for a good night's rest. Fitness notifications also help to keep you motivated. You'll see notifications right on the tracker from your compatible smartphone. The Intelligent Wake-up feature utilizes your sleep quality data to gently wake you at an optimal time, so you can start the new day feeling refreshed. The Brite R450 is powered by a replaceable coin cell CR2032 battery. It's also water resistant to 98.4' and is compatible with separately sold reversible, interchangeable bands.
