This is a beautiful and old Papuan Gulf magic charm called.....

This one comes with a custom designed metal stand......This specimen measures approximately
4.5 inches.
A single hole at the back of the charm - for a now long lost  sennit cord (?)

Marupai come in various sizes - some larger than others......Some are highly detailed....other not so much; some possess mild red/white paint work - others just lime infill (like this specimen)....At the end of the day - a Marupai is a Marupai... -- all are sacred  and very important  amulets - charged with magical power/energy - much beloved by their owners.
