    These speakers start out as brand new. Each speaker is modified, tested, and placed back in the original box with all the included accessories.
    The BC23A is an excellent amplified speaker, but it has a very annoying ‘auto off’ function. After about 20 seconds of radio silence, the speaker powers itself off. When radio transmission starts again, the speaker powers back on but this results in losing the first couple words of a message.
    This modification disables the ‘auto off’ function and puts you in control of when the speaker is on or off. The red LED indicates when the speaker is powered on.
