Vintage Hamm's Beer Outdoor Bear Scene Lighted Sign

Nice vintage sign, in great condition for its age -The outdoor scene itself is very sharp and crisp, no visible damage/fading/ deterioration (When lit, there are a couple of very minor blemishes in the outdoor scene that are visible if examined closely -see photos.).
The light works & the cord is in good condition. There is some scuffing, mostly on the gold trim face surrounding the photo scene; there are no cracks in the clear plexiglass, but there is some scuffing (see photos). There is one 1/8" chip on the bottom of the cream colored trim.
Overall dimensions are 12" width x 15-3/4" height.
