Lid has daisy like flower knob
Cream color with green bands, yellow strip, & black pinstripe
Sugar Bowl measures approx 3" tall x 5"wide w/Handles
Look very art deco to me
Mark indicates between 1936 - 1954
Good Pre-owned Condition.  No chips, cracks or crazing.  There are inherent stray paint & marks.
